1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Ready to Ship Seats are dispatched within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Custom Orders take approximately 6 weeks for production, with dispatch the following week. During busy periods (such as Christmas), production may extend up to 8 weeks.
A Rush Order option (around 2 weeks production) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
2. WHICH SIZE SEAT SHOULD I CHOOSE?
To find the best fit, measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and refer to our sizing chart. While weight can help, measurements are the most accurate way to determine the right size.

3. HOW DO I INSTALL THE DOG BOOSTER SEAT?
Installation is simple. Each I Can See Dog Car Seat is designed to be secured with your car’s seat belt, providing a safe and stable setup.
Just loop the seat belt through the designated areas, tighten it firmly, and it’s ready to use.
4. CAN THE BOOSTER SEAT HELP WITH ANXIETY OR MOTION SICKNESS?
Yes. Our elevated design allows dogs to see out the window, which can help reduce anxiety and motion sickness. Many of our customers find their dogs are calmer and more comfortable when they can see what’s happening outside.
5. WHAT MAKES YOUR DOG BOOSTER SEATS DIFFERENT?

6. ARE THE COVERS WASHABLE?
Yes. All covers are fully removable and machine washable, making cleaning quick and easy.
We also offer spare and replacement covers, available to order by email.
7. HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED, AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.
8. WHY ARE YOUR SEATS HIGHER IN PRICE THAN SOME OTHERS?
Our booster seats are purpose-built, not mass-produced. Each seat is designed for long-term comfort and safety — handcrafted in Australia with premium materials that last for years.
