5A. CHANGE OF MIND AND ORDER CHANGES
All I Can See Dog Car Seats are handcrafted to order. Once your order has been placed, it enters our production queue and materials are allocated specifically for your seat.
For this reason, we do not accept changes of mind once an order has been confirmed.
Any change requests (such as fabric, size, or colour) must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order and are subject to approval.
After this time, order changes are at our sole discretion and may incur a change fee to cover reallocation of materials, admin time, and production disruption.
Once an order has entered production, we are unable to guarantee any changes. Please choose carefully and check your order details before checkout.
6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order that appears fraudulent or for resale purposes.
If we make changes to an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
