Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Ready to Ship Seats are dispatched within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Custom Orders currently take up to 5 weeks for production, with shipping the following week. During peak periods (such as Christmas), production may take up to 8 weeks. Please refer to live timer on product page of when your seat is expected to be shipped.
A Rush Order option (2 weeks production) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
We use a range of trusted couriers to balance cost, speed, and reliability. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, and we often absorb part of the freight cost to keep it reasonable. Very remote locations may incur an additional shipping charge. If applicable, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm before dispatch.
We currently ship Australia-wide and are proud to support Australian-made products for Australian pets.
Authority to Leave:
All orders are shipped using an Authority To Leave service. If you prefer a signature on delivery, please contact us to arrange this.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Our focus is on serving Australian customers and maintaining high-quality, locally made products.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available from our Gold Coast Burleigh studio. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
You can use this number to check your order status directly through the courier’s website.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, external factors such as public holidays, courier delays, or severe weather may cause unexpected delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.
