EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  1. Unused and in their original condition
  2. Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Because each I Can See Dog Car Seat is custom-made to order, refunds are not offered for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Incorrect selections (such as fabric or style)
  3. Delays within the normal production timeframe

Please choose your fabric and style carefully before placing your order.

Refunds are only available in the rare event of a manufacturing fault.

All products are handcrafted to a high standard and undergo quality checks before dispatch.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Production timelines may extend during busy periods, including Christmas.

Refunds will not be given for delays in custom orders, as each seat is made specifically for your dog.

If you are concerned about timing, we recommend selecting from our Ready to Ship Collection for faster delivery.
